Samsung launched some really fantastic smartphones in the year 2020, including Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, the Galaxy A series, and the Galaxy Z Fold 2. Now the year 2021 has arrived, and Samsung is planning to launch new flagships. So let’s have a look at what Samsung has in its bag to offer us this year. Here we go!
Focus on Quality
Well, Samsung already launched some smartphones in 2020 at very reasonable prices. For example, Samsung Galaxy S20 FE; offers you great features and specs that make this device, one of the best releases of 2020. We can expect the same thing from Samsung this year as well. The company will shift its focus on the quality of mid-range smartphones as well because everyone can’t afford an expensive smartphone. Let’s see how effectively the company works on its upcoming smartphones and their qualities.
Foldable Smartphones
Samsung has already promised that they are going to launch a lot of foldables this year and some of them will be more budget-friendly. But the company has to convince us to buy its foldable smartphones because we all need a strong reason to buy a foldable smartphone. So the company will have to make its foldables’ designs better, affordable, and more durable. Well, we don’t need a variety of foldable styles, we are happy with a few decent designs, so Samsung needs to work on and improve its devices’ features. I’m sure that Samsung will launch a variety of great and affordable foldables as it promised.
Improve One UI
Samsung will try this year to improve One UI and give us closer to the perfect Android experience. We can hope that Samsung will keep One UI clean and more organized. Well, Samsung always tried to give us its best, and hope this year it will do the same.
Compact and Powerful Smartphones
Consumers love compact smartphones which is why we saw some of the biggest smartphone releases in 2020. For example, Google Pixel 4a, Apple iPhone SE, Pixel 5, iPhone 12 Mini, and Sony Xperia 5; all are compact. Compact smartphones are handy and very user-friendly, but the problem with these smartphones is they are not very powerful. Almost every smartphone manufacturer is facing this problem, but Samsung is on the verge to solve this problem. Let’s see what happens.
Less Exynos, More Snapdragon
As we all know that Samsung launches its smartphones all around the world with different processors. Samsung has been doing this for so long, and I think Samsung should stop doing it. Undoubtedly, Exynos processors are improving, but if we compare them with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon processors, then you know what’s going to happen. I’m not saying that Exynos processors don’t perform well, but at present time people prefer a bit faster and stronger processors. So, there is a possibility that Samsung will start using more Qualcomm’s processors and fewer Exynos.
So these are all the things that we can expect from Samsung in the year 2021, let’s see how many of them will be done by Samsung.
