She explained that the overall message that the people can take from the whole saga is that they should take precautions and be safe.
The star of the recent critically acclaimed films like “Pieces of a Woman” and “The World to Come” has reacted to Tom Cruise’s public outburst against the staff of Mission Impossible 7 after a series of safety protocol breaches. The actor, who also played a key role in the hit 6th film of the franchise “Mission Impossible: Fallout,” has reacted to the seething statements of Tom Cruise after he found people being negligent to COVID 19 concerns.
Recently, The Sun leaked Tom Cruise’s abusive words against the crew of his film, which took the entire social media and mainstream media by storm. The rant, which has divided the public opinion, was sort of an ultimatum from Cruise to the entire staff of the film.
Vanessa Kirby, who plays the role of White Widow in the franchise and whose sister is an assistant of the director of the film, has decided to speak on the issue. She reckons that if there is anything the public needs to realize after the whole saga is that it is mandatory for people to stay safe. She gave her opinion in an interview with Extra.
She added that her sister, who was one of the first crew members to join the production team in July, has inspired her very much. She said that seeing her sister working on the field every day and then coming back home has inspired her immensely. She also reckoned that her professionalism gives her a lot of hope in the midst of all the theaters and film sets being shut down.
In spite of his overly exaggerated outburst, Tom Cruise did add a vital point in his rant that a film gives a job to thousands of people, so if it gets shut down due to the negligence of some people, it will prove to be a heavy loss for everyone concerned.
Vanessa Kirby also told Extra that though she hasn’t filmed anything for Mission Impossible 7, she expects herself to be back to work very soon and that too by taking all the precautions. She informed them that the shooting resumes next week and was enthused about the stunt work involved in the film, which, according to her, gets bolder with every sequel. She alluded to the fact that there is one scene in the film that is truly enthralling, and there are others that remain to be filmed. She added that the whole team is excited to return to work.
Vanessa Kirby has been a massive part of the Academy Award drawing-room discussions courtesy of her splendid portrayal of the lead actress in the film “Pieces of a Woman.” The International Film Festival’s sensation has finally been made available by Netflix on January the 7th.
Kirby was asked for a response to the sexual abuse accusations against her costar from “Pieces of a Woman,” Shia LaBeouf, to which she replied that she stands with the survivors of sexual abuse and admires their courage, but she said that she does not want to speak about a current legal issue.
Vanessa Kirby has won numerous accolades for her performance in the films “The World to Come” and “Pieces of a Woman,” and both of the films were a sensation at the International Film Festivals, which happened last fall.
