Qualcomm’s 6th generation top-end smartphone chipset, the Snapdragon 888, was launched in the previous year, back in December 2020. It is Qualcomm’s first-ever chipset produced using a 5nm lithography process. It has launched in two versions, one is primary, and another is overclocked. Snapdragon 888 offers higher transistor density. It gives more computing power than its 7nm Snapdragon 865.
